    IN CASE YOU FORGOT, the first time Holmes and Moriarty lay eyes on each other in the Canon, it is, in fact, for five minutes, and they are, already, motherfucking experts on each other and then, it turns out, about as courteously arch as it’s possible to be while one is frightened for his life and the other for his all-consuming criminal empire.
